CORNER CORNER
CANADA WATER
Corner Corner is a new landmark creative destination in Canada Water, developed by the team behind some of the UK’s most ambitious event spaces including Paintworks and Drumsheds.
We were proud to contribute to this new venue, bringing our expertise to a broad scope of work.

Our Solution
We were engaged to deliver a complete washroom package for Corner Corner, covering:
A new domestic hot and cold water distribution system supplying washrooms, vertical farm, commercial kitchens and bars
Full plumbing installation - consistency of copper domestic water system and Geberit DB20 Acoustic Fusion weld drainage system
Substantial pumped drainage system
Metro wall tiling within washrooms & cap and cove vinyl within the kitchens
Bespoke cubicle and IPS system
Full height, tiled-in mirrors and all necessary washroom accessories
This was a full fit-out that required both technical skill and attention to detail. Our work had to match the high-quality look and feel of the rest of the venue, while also being durable enough to handle heavy use in a busy, high-capacity space.
Mechanical Infrastructure
Behind the scenes of this project lies a robust mechanical infrastructure designed to ensure the building operates seamlessly. Central to this system is a 10,000-litre cold water storage tank, supported by a cold water booster set to maintain consistent pressure throughout. The hot water supply is delivered via XMF 500-litre unvented hot water cylinders, providing reliable and efficient service to the entire building. To manage wastewater effectively, drainage lift pumps have been installed, helping maintain functionality across all levels. Together, these systems form the backbone of the building’s essential services.

Our Solution:
We were tasked with upgrading the washrooms at the esteemed Dorchester Hotel in Mayfair, London. In this project, we introduced state-of-the-art technology, including a CAT V booster break tank to ensure compliance with the latest water regulations and touch-free, anti-vandal Rada Sense showers.
Our installation also included twelve Ideal Standard Tempo back-to-wall toilet pans with pneumatic flushing systems, wash trough basin units with Inta timed non-concussive basin mixer taps, and a wudu toilet and footwash area.
